Abstract

The importance of research in raising the level of blood viscosity by increasing the concentration of proteins in the blood plasma, and this helps to speed up blood flow and transport energy and waste. It is important in training and maximum competition for volleyball players, especially in implementing the most difficult serve, which is the crushing serve. For coaches and the importance of functional and physiological of volleyball players. The main objectives of the research were: To identify the effect of maximum individual training on the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin, and the crushing serve of female volleyball players.

Accordingly, conclusions were made: Maximum individual training achieved the objectives and principles of training science by increasing the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin, and the crushing serve of volleyball players

It was recommended: Adopting maximum individual training because it achieved the goals and principles of training science, especially in increasing the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin, and the crushing serve of female volleyball players.
