Abstract

The importance of the research in raising the level of blood viscosity by increasing the concentration of proteins in the blood plasma, which helps in the speed of blood flow and the transfer of energy and waste, and it is important in training and maximum competition for volleyball players, especially in executing the most difficult serve, which is the smash serve. Thus, we give the concept and importance of individual training in this aspect to coaches and its importance in the functional and physiological aspect of volleyball players. The most important objectives of the research were to identify the effect of maximum individual training on the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin and the smash serve for female volleyball players. Accordingly, the conclusions were made that maximum individual training achieved the goals and principles of training science by increasing the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin and the smash serve for female volleyball players. It was recommended to adopt maximum individual training because it achieved the goals and principles of training science, especially in increasing the concentration of blood plasma proteins (albumin and globulin), the level of hemoglobin and the smash serve for female volleyball players.
