Abstract
The study aimed to build a measure of administrative duties in accordance with the principle of field leadership among scout leaders in schools and scout camps, and to identify the level of performance of some of their administrative duties. The researchers used the descriptive approach, while the research sample represented scout leaders in schools and camps. The researchers concluded that the measure of administrative duties is in accordance with The principle of field leadership is suitable for measuring the levels of administrative duties of scout leaders in schools and camps. The two researchers recommended the need for leaders to have clear knowledge of the importance of scout leadership and work to develop their levels through qualification courses, as well as access to studies and sources related to the scout movement
