الملخص

وهدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس للواجبات الإدارية وفق مبدأ القيادة الميدانية لدى القادة الكشفيين في المدارس والمخيمات الكشفية، والتعرف على مستوى اداء بعض الواجبات الإدارية لديهم، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي اما عينة البحث فتمثلت بالقادة الكشفيين في المدارس والمخيمات، واستنتج الباحثان ان مقياس الواجبات الإدارية وفق مبدأ القيادة الميدانية مناسب لقياس مستويات الواجبات الادارية لدى القادة الكشفيين في المدارس والمخيمات، وأوصى الباحثان ضرورة المعرفة الواضحة من القادة بأهمية القيادة الكشفية والعمل على تطوير مستوياتهم من خلال الدورات التأهيلية وكذلك الاطلاع على الدراسات والمصادر التي تخص الحركة الكشفية.
