The effect of mutual pressure exercises in a competitive manner on some of the physical and skill abilities of Air Force Club players under 19 years of age

Abstract
The aim of the research was to prepare mutual pressing exercises in a competitive manner to develop some physical and skill capabilities for Air Force Club players under 19 years old in football. The research sample was Air Force Club players under 19 years old. The researcher used the experimental method in the single-group method using the pre- and post-test method to suit the nature of the problem. The study included three sections of tools: the tests used, the tools used in measurement, and the tools used in the exercises. The researcher concluded that mutual pressing exercises in a competitive manner developed all physical variables. The researcher recommended the necessity of using mutual pressing exercises in a competitive manner for football players by coaches, as the research results showed a clear improvement in all physical and skill variables.
