Ethics Management and its Impact on Enhancing Creativity organizational in Youth and Sports Centers from the Point of View of its Employees

Abstract
The study aimed to shed light on one of the qualities and attributes that should be included within the behaviors of the leader, which is the ethics of administrative work, as well as identifying the role of management ethics and its potential in promoting organizational creativity within the directorates of youth and sports centers as it is one of the important institutions for the care of the future generation, so the researcher followed the curriculum Descriptive survey method, and applied the study to workers in the directorates of youth and sports centers in the governorates of central and southern Iraq, and relied in its study on the two study tools represented by my scale (management ethics and organizational creativity) after making the necessary adjustments in accordance with the nature of the study and the sample, and the researcher was keen to make all the steps In preparing the two study tools, as well as conducting their own scientific foundations, so that the study tools became in the correct and appropriate way to apply them to the study sample. The ethics of administrative work, as well as the presence of organizational creativity in these directorates, and the ethics of management contribute to enhancing organizational creativity within the directorates.
