اخلاقيات الإدارة وأثرها في تعزيز الابداع التنظيمي في مراكز الشباب والرياضة من وجهه نظر العاملين فيها

الملخص

      هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على احدى الصفات والسمات الواجب ان تدرج ضمن سلوكيات القائد الا وهو اخلاقيات العمل الإداري فضلاً عن التعرف على دور اخلاقيات الإدارة وامكانيتها في تعزيز الابداع التنظيمي داخل مديريات مراكز الشباب والرياضة كونها تعد من المؤسسات الهامة لرعاية جيل المستقبل، لذا اتبعت الباحثة المنهاج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وطبقت الدراسة على العاملين في مديريات مراكز الشباب والرياضة في محافظات وسط وجنوب العراق، واعتمدت في دراستها على اداتي الدراسة المتمثلة بمقياسي (اخلاقيات الإدارة والابداع التنظيمي) بعد اجراء التعديلات اللازمة بما يتوافق مع طبيعة الدراسة والعينة ، وحرصت الباحثة على اجراء كافة الخطوات العلمية في اعداد اداتي الدراسة فضلاً عن اجراء الأسس العلمية الخاصة بها، لتصبح اداتي الدراسة بالصورة الصحيحة والملائمة لتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة، وبعد التطبيق خرجت الباحثة بعدة نقاط أهمها (تمتع مدراء مراكز الشباب والرياضة في وسط وجنوب العراق بأخلاقيات العمل الإداري فضلاً على وجود الابداع التنظيمي في هذه المديريات، كما وان اخلاقيات الإدارة تسهم في تعزيز الأبداع التنظيمي داخل المديريات
