Abstract
The aim of the study was to prepare exercises using rubber ropes and exercises inside the water and to identify the effect of these exercises on some types of strength and achieve the effectiveness of discarding. The researchers used the experimental method on a sample of (8) players of the youth class in Al-Zubair Club in Basrah governorate, I used the strength of the study and achievement of the sample of the research and then the introduction of these exercises within the training curriculum for them, where the first group used exercises using rubber ropes and the second group exercises in water and after the end of the period of the training course was conducted Uday for the sample and data processing statistically. Several conclusions were reached, including the use of these exercises have a positive effect on the development of some types of strength and achievement in the effectiveness of discarding the two groups The researchers recommended several recommendations, including the emphasis
