Abstract

The importance of research is evident in raising morale and reducing hesitation in shooting football by training players on the correct and strong psychological toughness in performance without weakening and hesitating in the presence of the various external and internal psychological factors affecting him, and here we can be considered a player from the psychological aspect at the highest level of players. The problem of the research was: Shooting with various types of football is the final result of the efforts made by the physical, tactical and skill side to score the required points, and the most influential factor in it, especially accuracy in shooting, is the negative psychological aspect, such as the hesitation that confuses the player in shooting due to various influences, and here it is necessary to get rid of this. Hesitation and giving the correct psychological toughness in implementation. Accordingly, the goal of the research is: - Identifying the effect of exercises on psychological toughness to reduce hesitation when performing some types of football shooting from different positions for young people.


The most important conclusions were: - Psychological toughness is important and essential in reducing hesitation, especially when performing some types of football shooting from different positions for young people.


It was recommended: - Adopting psychological toughness because it is important and essential in reducing hesitation, especially when performing some types of football shooting from different positions for young people.
