An analytical study of the reality of achieving the administrative goals of the excellent volleyball clubs from the point of view of their administrative bodies

Abstract
The research aimed to develop and apply a scale of administrative objectives from the perspective of administrative workers in the administrative bodies of Iraqi premier volleyball clubs. The researchers used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community consisted of (117) administrative members of the administrative bodies of elite premier volleyball clubs from the northern, central, and southern regions of Iraq for the 2024-2025 season. The researchers concluded that the scale (the reality of administrative objectives of Iraqi premier volleyball clubs) is appropriate for measuring the levels of administrative bodies of elite premier volleyball clubs in Iraq. Accordingly, it was recommended to adopt the administrative objectives scale to measure administrative planning for elite volleyball clubs in Iraq.
