الملخص
هدف البحث الى بناء وتطبيق مقياس الاهداف الادارية من وجهة نظر العاملين الإداريين في الهيئات الإدارية للأندية العراقية للدرجة الممتازة بالكرة الطائرة واستعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة البحث، ويتكون مجتمع البحث تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة (العمدية) وهم اعضاء الهيئات الإدارية لأندية النخبة للدرجة الممتازة في لعبة كرة الطائرة من المنطقة الشمالية الوسطى والجنوبية في العراق للموسم ( 2024 – 2025 ) والبالغ عددهم (117) اداري ، واستنتج الباحثان ان مقياس ( واقع الاهداف الادارية للأندية العراقية للدرجة الممتازة بالكرة الطائرة ) مناسب لقياس مستويات الهيئات الإدارية لأندية النخبة للدرجة الممتازة للكرة الطائرة في العراق. وعليه تمت التوصية الاخذ بمقياس الاهداف الادارية لغرض قياس التخطيط الإداري لأندية النخبة بالكرة الطائرة في العراق
