الملخص

هدف البحث للتعرف على ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي ومعرفة أثر الالعاب الصغيرة التعاونية في الحد منها بين طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية، واستعمل الباحثون المنهج التجريبي وكانت عينة الدراسة عينة الدراسة على طلبة الصف الرابع العلمي لإعدادية السلام للبنين في قضاء الرمادي والبالغ عددهم (52) طالبا قسموا بطريقة القرعة الى مجموعة ضابطة واخرى تجريبية، طبقت المجموعة الضابطة المنهاج المعد من قبل مدرس التربية الرياضية اما التجريبية فطبقت الالعاب الصغيرة التعاونية المعدة ولمدة (8) اسابيع وبواقع وحدتين تعليميتين في الاسبوع، واستنتج الباحثون ان للألعاب الصغيرة التعاونية تأثير ايجابي في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي في الاختبارات البعدية بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية ، واوصى الباحثون ان لجميع ادارات المدارس عليهم الاهتمام بدرس التربية الرياضية ولكافة المراحل السنية.
