Abstract
Abstract: This research aimed to develop exercises based on the "Question Cube Strategy" and to determine its effect on developing motor speed and learning basketball shooting skills among fourth-year students at the College of Physical Education, University of Kufa (2024-2025). The researcher used an experimental design with two groups (experimental and control) on a random sample of 20 students. Pre- and post-tests of physical and skill abilities were administered, and the experimental group underwent 12 learning units based on the six faces of the thinking cube. The statistical results showed a significant advantage for the experimental group in the post-tests, proving the effectiveness of the strategy in attracting attention and stimulating mental thinking. The study recommended adopting and generalizing this modern strategy to enhance motor learning efficiency.
