تأثير صعوبات عملية الانتقاء الرياضي للمنتخَبات المدرسيَّة من وجهة نظر معلِّمي ومعلماتِ التربية الرياضيَّة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على صعوبات عملية الانتقاء الرياضي للمنتخَبات المدرسيَّة من وجهة نظر معلِّمي ومعلماتِ التربية الرياضيَّة، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) معلمة/ة تربية رياضية في فلسطين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وللحصول على النتائج تم توزيع استبيان الكتروني على عينة الدراسة، وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى وجود صعوبات كبيرة تواجه معلِّمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في عملية الانتقاء الرياضي للمنتخبات المدرسية للتلاميذ الموهوبين، وعليه تمت التوصية بضرورة الاهتمام بالعمل على تطوير مساق كامل للانتقاء الرياضي في المؤسسات التكوينية لمعلِّمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية، ضرورة عقد ندوات ودورات تدريبية باستمرار واللازمة لتنمية عملية الانتقاء الرياضي في المدارس ومواجهة صعوباتها، زيادة التناسق والتجانس بين الوزارة والمدارس عند التخطيط للمنافسات وإعطاء الوقت الكافي لتنفيذها
