الملخص

هدف البحث إلى إعداد منهاج تأهيلي لعلاج المصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي القطني البسيط ( L5S1) ودراسة تأثيره على مستوى الألم. واستخدام الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لمجموعة واحدة متجانسة مكونة من (8) لاعبين مصابين خضعوا لاختبارات قبل وبعد تنفيذ المنهاج التأهيلي المعد وفق أسس علمية. واستنتج الباحثان ان فاعلية المنهاج التأهيلي في تحقيق الشفاء التام للمصابين. وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة اعتماد المنهاج التأهيلي المقترح وتقوية العضلات المحيطة بالعمود الفقري للوقاية من الانزلاق الغضروفي.
