الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى: إعداد تمرينات الحبال المطاطية للاعبي كرة القدم حيث تم استعمال المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين المتكافئتين وتمثلت عينة البحث في لاعبين نادي البحري لكرة القدم وكان عددهم (20) لاعبا واستنتج الباحث: لتمرينات الحبال المطاطية دور ايجابي في تطوير القدرات البدنية   وسعة الاستجابة والتردد التقلص العضلي المتحرك. حيث أوصى الباحث: التأكيد على أهمية تمرينات الحبال المطاطية خلال إعداد اللاعبين وبجميع فترات الأعداد لما لها دور كبير برفع المستوى البدني والمهاري والوظيفي للاعبين
