الملخص

     يشهد العصر الحالي انفجارا معرفيا وتكنلوجيا في كافة مجالات الحياة وظهور اهتمام عالمي بنواتج أبحاث الدماغ وتوالي ظهور سلسلة من الاكتشافات الهائلة في هذا المجال، وفي ظل هذا التطور يتحتم وجود استراتيجية تمكن المتعلم من تعلم وإتقان مهارات الألعاب الرياضية بهدف تنمية استعداداته وإمكاناته وقدرته استجابة لميوله واهتمامه، وتجلت أهمية البحث في التعرف على تأثير تمرينات الادراك الحس _حركي  بدلالة بوصلة التفكير في تعلم مهارة الكب على جهاز المتوازي للطالبات، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذو تصميم المجموعات المتكافئة على عينة قوامها (34) طالبة من المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة ، اختيروا عشوائيا من بين(140) طالبة من كلية التربية الرياضية، ومن خلال المعالجات الإحصائية توصلت الباحثة إلى إن لتمرينات الادراك الحس _حركي بدلالة بوصلة التفكير أهمية كبيرة في تعلم مهارة الكب في الجمناستك الفني للطالبات، وقد أوصت الباحثة إلى استخدام تمرينات الادراك الحس _حركي بدلالة بوصلة التفكير كونها اثبتت فعاليتها في الدراسة الحالية في تعلم مهارة الكب على جهاز المتوازي في الجمناستك الفني للطالبات.
