فاعلية تمرينات وفق استراتيجية مكعب الاسئلة في تنمية السرعة الحركية وتعلم مهارة التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب

الملخص
الملخص العربي : هدف البحث إلى إعداد تمرينات وفق "استراتيجية مكعب الأسئلة" ومعرفة أثرها في تنمية السرعة الحركية وتعلم مهارة التصويب بكرة السلة لطلاب المرحلة الرابعة بكلية التربية البدنية في جامعة الكوفة (2024-2025). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) على عينة عشوائية قوامها 20 طالبًا. طُبقت اختبارات بدنية ومهارية قبلية وبعدية، وخضعت المجموعة التجريبية لـ 12 وحدة تعليمية مستندة لأوجه المكعب الستة للتفكير. أظهرت النتائج الإحصائية تفوقًا ملحوظًا للمجموعة التجريبية في الاختبارات البعدية، مما يثبت فاعلية الاستراتيجية في جذب الانتباه وتنشيط التفكير العقلي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتمادها وتعميم الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لرفع كفاءة التعلم الحركي.
