الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن الشخصية القيادية المستقلة لدى طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية الأساسية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي 2025/2026, وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للحصول على النتائج وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على (50) طالبا من طلاب المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية الأساسية قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي 2025/2026 وقد استنتجت الباحثة تتوفر روح القيادة والاستقلال لدى طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية الأساسية قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة المستنصرية. فقد أوصت الباحثة الافادة من مكونات الشخصية القيادية المستقلة التي درسها الطالب عند إعداد البرامج التدريبية والمناهج العلمية وكذلك في طرق إعداد واختيار الرياضيين.
