مستوى أداء مدرسي التربية الرياضية كقادة كشفين وعلاقته ببعض متغيرات الشخصية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى (التعرف على ) مستوى اداء مدرسي التربية الرياضية كقادة كشفيين في مدارس محافظة البصرة . وأستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لبناء مقياس اداء مدرسي التربية الرياضية كقادة كشفيين ,وتكونت عينة البحث من (210) مدرساً ومُدرسة من مجتمع البحث والبالغ (438) , وتم تطبيق المقاس على عينة على مدرسي التربية الرياضية العاملين بواقع (150) مدرساً ومٌدرسة ,واستنتجا الباحثان أن مقياس أداء مدرسي التربية الرياضية قادر على قياس مستوى إداء مدرسي التربية الرياضية كقادة كشفيين. وعليه تمت التوصية اعتماد المقياس الحالي في تقييم مدرسي التربية الرياضية من قبل النشاط الرياضي والكشفي
