The effect of using multimedia accompanied by indirect mental training in developing sports motor perception and learning a number of volleyball skills

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the effect of multimedia accompanied by indirect mental training and the method followed by the teacher in developing the sports motor perception of the three research groups. The researcher adopted and used the experimental method by designing equivalent groups. The research sample was (45) students from the first stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / College of Basic Education / University of Mosul in the academic year 2022/2023. The researcher concluded that there is a positive effect of multimedia and the method followed in developing the sports motor perception. Accordingly, he recommended the necessity of using multimedia accompanied by indirect mental training in the educational process
