Information Technology and its Relationship to Behavior as a Leader of Coaches from the Point of View of Administrators and Advanced Boxers of the Central and Southern Regions

Abstract

The researcher has touched in his search for the information technology and act as commander of the boxing trainers, information technology of modern Muslim women are in the sports field, a process that application of knowledge in the scientific purposes. And a personal trainer is a personal-oriented team because the coach must have personal characteristics suggestive being able to influence the behavior of others and behaving as a leader, the research problem, as there are some trainers rely on the old ways of the training process and their dependence on the style of improvisation and monotony in the face of emerging players and diligence personal problems in their business and sharpness in decision-making with their dependence on the stored files of information and data, and these things are incompatible with the evolution of life and thought of knowledge, and the objectives of the research to identify the relationship between measurements of information technology and act as a leader for coaches from the standpoint of the players Boxing applicants and members of the administrative bodies in sports clubs in the two regions Central and South America.

Has touched in the second quarter to the concepts of information technology and leadership with a study of its predecessor while in the third quarter, the researcher for the research methodology was adopted descriptive method survey manner to solve the problem of the research has included the research community on the boxers and moderators of sports clubs, Central and South of the two regions totaling (319) boxer and (165) administratively.

On this basis, the sample was selected randomly and numbering (140) boxer of percentage (28.92%) of the original community and (92) administratively moderators sports clubs

Turning a researcher for the design, construction and legalization of scales and statistical methods used in the research As for the fourth quarter has touched a researcher for the Standard levels of information technology and act as a leader and discussed the relationship between the two scales.

The most important conclusions was that most boxing trainers in the central and southern regions have moderate levels in the Standard information and areas and to act as the leader of technology.

The most important recommendations was the adoption of the two measures for the purpose of information technology and act as commander of the measure boxing coaches in sports clubs, Central and South of the two regions.
