The psychological adjustment depends mainly on the individual's ability and its potential for the same accepted and satisfaction with himself king of abilities make him eligible to cope with society by satisfying individual needs through the community, and a teacher of physical education is one of the important links in the chain Scout activity inside and outside the school is responsible for the formation Scouts and management according to the programs as the basis for the Scout leadership is a personal leader who must possess qualities qualify him to such a leadership to be able to perform his career to the fullest and have a role in solving the problems of students and react to them, so planning is to prepare them contribute to raising efficiency and improve performance

The problem of the research are:The important psychological adjustment for Scout leaders and get psychological adjustment is the developer of performance .The research aims to:1. At the legalization of psychological adjustment of the leaders in the province of Basra Akoshvin scale .2.
