Building special physical exams for disabled volleyball players

Abstract

The aim of the research was to build special physical tests for disabled volleyball players, and the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample of (84) disabled players was chosen from the total research community of (94) players representing five clubs teams and four sub-committees in volleyball for the disabled. And after identifying the physical abilities by a group of experts and specialists and choosing the positions that are suitable for them as special physical tests, which are (4),By conducting the exploratory experiment, the validity of the tests was verified and their scientific foundations (truthfulness, consistency, and objectivity) were verified, as well as their ability to distinguish between members of the construction sample, and the difficulty factor and ease of it. Building of special physical tests for disabled volleyball players has been achieved by relying on scientific methods for building tests,In light of this, the researcher came to several conclusions, the most important of which are: (The construction of special physical tests for disabled volleyball players was reached by relying on scientific methods for building tests, as a set of special physical tests were obtained, namely: (Pushing the medical ball from sitting as far as possible, Repeated throwing the medical ball from sitting for (15) seconds, sitting from lying down for (60) seconds, touching forward and backward for (30) seconds), and in light of the research findings, the researcher made some recommendations, the most important of which are (the adoption of special physical tests in the process of continuous evaluation of players Handicapped volleyball, as well as the adoption of special physical exams in the selection process for disabled volleyball players.
