Abstract

The volleyball competition is one of the sports competitions that need to apply modern scientific methods through the development of the science of sports training whose goal is to raise the level of the players' physical and skill capabilities through careful planning of the training program for the purpose of developing his competence in performing all the requirements for the volleyball competition, and the dynamic of the training load A constructive physical process that depends on the rules and foundations of training in terms of the components of the training load, and through the presence of the researcher in the field field, I found a clear decrease in the level of performance, especially in the performance of the basic skills of the competition from the match due to the poor level of physical performance associated with the skillful performance of the players, and this must be legalized Exercises on the basis of the dynamics of the training load, size, intensity and comfort in an accurate scientific way and the goal of the research is to prepare physical exertion exercises on the basis of the dynamics of load and comfort in the development of rapid strength some basic skills of young volleyball players, and the researcher used the experimental method by pre and post testing of the experimental and control groups, and it was determined Research community for the players of the volleyball competition in Sulaikh Al Rayya Club Dai / Baghdad governorate for the training season 0 202, whose number is (18) players, as the research sample was chosen by the method of comprehensive enumeration, and the sample was divided into two experimental groups and the control group, with (9) players for each group, and physical exertion exercises were applied according to the dynamics of pregnancy and rest on the experimental group. For a period of eight weeks, at three training units per week, they used the SPSS statistical bag to process the data and obtain the results, from which the researcher reached the most important conclusions that physical exertion exercises based on the dynamics of pregnancy and rest have a positive effect on the development of rapid strength, some basic skills of young volleyball players.
