Abstract
The importance of the research is that the subject of the collective action strategy takes into account the human values of human resources and their sense of importance in the organization. Either the research problem lies in the extent of the application of the teamwork teams and the motivation to perform The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner, which consisted of (91) administrators working in the scout divisions in the directorates of sports activity and scouts of the central and southern regions, The main conclusions are to support and trust each other and share information freely, making them aware of how important it is to share the information they need to work more effectively.As for the recommendations, it is important to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the members of the teamwork teams, resulting in a greater union between them and thus increase their productivity
