The research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner, which consisted of (91) administrators working in the scout divisions in the directorates of sports activity and scouts of the central and southern regions, The main conclusions are to support and trust each other and share information freely, making them aware of how important it is to share the information they need to work more effectively.As for the recommendations, it is important to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the members of the teamwork teams, resulting in a greater union between them and thus increase their productivity
