Crisis Management among Scout Education Department Heads: Perspectives of Their Supervisors

Abstract
The research included , identification, introduction and importance of the research, where the temporary institutions have encountered rapid and surprised environmental changes for technological, social, economical, political , cultural reasons and others, that resulted in crises threat the existence of these institutions, and the importance of the research emerged from understanding the importance of the administrative leadership which has become the criterion by which specifying the administrative organizations success and realizing the innovation. the research problem is represented by the following question( what is management of crises officials of scout educational sections from their supervisors' points of view) and the research aims at:- identifying crises management of crises officials of Scout Educational sections and the research domains are represented by the human domain:-( by scout educational supervisors in sections of sport and schools activities) and time domain:- the period from(25/09/2015) to(5/3/2016) and the special domain:- in sections of sport and schools activity), are represented by using the descriptive and analytical approach, the community and the sample of the research was the same as the research community. Amounted ( 273) , and the researcher used the statistic means (spss), the research results were displayed, interpreted and discussing them.
The researcher has approached the following conclusions most important of them as follows, There existed numerous methods to deal with crises whether traditional or modern methods, and the successful administrative leadership who could influence positively on his subordinates, the researcher approached to a number of recommendations as follows:- confirm on the necessity of previous preparation to encounter the crises and to adopt the necessary procedures to face them by using data base.
