The effect of play center training on developing tactical performance and performance effectiveness for young soccer players

Abstract

The research included five chapters: the importance of the research was manifested in identifying the role of training center training in the tactical performance of players according to the playing centers and what their role is to raise the technical and defensive and offensive level of players by knowing the effectiveness of performance by shedding these exercises. As for the research problem, there is a lack of interest in using training Play centers whose application is of direct influence by raising the tactical level of players as well as gaining advanced performance effectiveness due to their supplementing the player's mental knowledge of his field duties.
