Abstract

The research included five chapters: where the importance of the research was manifested in identifying the role of the creative coach of the team, who can face the difficulties and humiliates them in front of the soccer players, and what is the role of the creative coach in disposing of the match plans and his ability to make successful and correct decisions and instill confidence and willpower in the hearts of his players, and that Through the realism in which he works in training and competition, either the problem of research was manifested in the weakness of the Iraqi league level compared to the rest of the football leagues and because of the researcher's inability to address all the conditions and phenomena causing this weakness, the researcher asked to highlight the knowledge of the ability of coaches in the UMT Lacham for creative abilities and work realism and objectivity in the training situation and in a manner consistent with the requirements of the case.


 Conclusions


1- The current study criteria (creativity, practical self) were built according to the scientific standards in building and codifying the standards on a sample of Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, and Second).


2- Setting standard levels to the current study standards (creativity, practicality) for Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, Second).


3- The presence of a highly significant correlation between the psychological creativity scale and the practical self-measure for Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, Second).


 Recommendations


1- The researcher recommends adopting the current measures to reveal the levels (psychological creativity, and the same process) for the Iraqi league soccer coaches (Premier, First and Second).


2- The necessity for the coaches to pay attention to the theoretical aspect of sports training and to see the leadership models used in leadership and to benefit from them in the leadership of football clubs.


3- Conducting new scientific studies to identify the relationship between the terms of the current study and other variables related to the work of football coaches.
