Abstract
The importance of the research is evidenced by the delivery of correct scientific information to coaches on how to train strength in the correct, appropriate and necessary direction in achieving achievements in the game of basketball through the use of models and ideas of sports training scientists, including the world (burger), and here we may contribute to achieving high achievements in the game of basketball for applicants.
The research objectives were:
1- Identify the effect of training according to the Burger Muscle Power model in developing some types of muscle strength and its effect on the offensive skill performance of basketball for youth.
The most important conclusions were:
1- Training according to the burger muscle strength model, one of the successful models in developing some types of muscle strength and its effect on the offensive skill performance of basketball for youth.
It was recommended:
1- Adopting training according to the Burger Muscular Strength model, one of the successful models in developing some types of muscle strength and its effect on the offensive skill performance of basketball for youth.
