Analytical study for the level Enabling in football coach from player’s point of view

Abstract

The importance of study the influence rate of enabling level for leagua clubs coach in football on the level of players. The problem appears at the studying of enabling level for coach and its influence to develop football players. Aim of the study: Building and applying scale for enabling coaches from football player’s point of view and put scale for different levels for enabling coaches in football .And the researcher used descriptive method with surveying style because it is more suitable for the aim of research and the kind of the problem. The research society composes leagua football players in southern and medical for season (2018_2019). The sample has been chosen by intentionally way that compose (701)players divided into three groups like that: Research surveying samples that composes (20) with percentage 3% and building sample that composes (316) players at the percentage 45% and final application results that composes (180)player at the percentage 26%.


The researcher concluded that building and rationing special scale to measure the level of empowerment of the Premier League coaches of football .Also the researcher concluded that the level of empowerment of the coaches of theier League was good so the coaches were at the required level and they gave everything they had for their teams. The most important recommendations recommend that the researcher should give the coach more time to prove its positive impact on the players and the results of the team as a whole, and the need to conduct similar studies to determine the level of empowerment of the trainers of various sports activities
