Abstract

The aim of the research was to prepare effort training to develop speed endurance and kidney function response and achieve 1500-meter running for men. The research community was identified as elite players for the 1500-meter running event for the 2024 sports season, numbering 12 players. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The sample was divided into an experimental group and a control group, each group of 6 players. The researcher concluded that the results showed a noticeable superiority between the pre- and post-measurement of the development of speed endurance and kidney function response for the experimental group and in favor of the post-measurement. The researcher concluded that there is a positive effect of effort training on developing speed endurance and kidney function response and achieving 1500 Men's meter.
