Abstract

From the above, the importance of research is shedding light on an important aspect of determining the criterion by which the player is selected as a typical performance that is a criterion in the selection of players who have close body and physical characteristics.As for the problem of research, and through the follow-up of the humble researcher, he observed a difference in opinion about the best outside hitter player in the country and in both positions (2) and (4), the absence of such a model and reliance on different values is taught as a mathematical medium for different players.


The study aimed at identifying the kinetic model of the best volleyball outside hitter players and evaluating the feasibility of the underlying conditions according to the biochemical variables and their outputs for the players of the spiking.. The researcher hypothesized that there is a dynamic model for the best volleyball outside hitter players according to the biomechanical variables of the conditions in some stages of performance according to the Iraqi specifications of the players. The study include the following:


1-Human Field: Iraqi volleyball players.


2-Time domain: 7/11/2018 to 5/3/2019.


3-Place: the Olympic Hall in the governorate of Basra and the City Club Hall.


The theoretical background of the study included a number of topics related to the study.


The researcher used the descriptive method of the survey studies and the method of comparative studies as the most appropriate ways to solve the problem of research, and the researcher reached many of the results that resulted in a number of conclusions and the most important:


1-It was found that the first player is the best dynamic model of the spiking skill of the position (4) according to the biomechanical variables of the conditions inherent in some stages of performance and output.


2-It turns out that there is a weakness in the advantage of the conditions inherent in the spiking of the position (4) in the second and third player and in a different amount from the first player.


The researcher recommended:


1-Emphasis on the development of the situation at the moment of advancement and in the form that provides the best outputs contribute to the addition of speed of the ball, which is the most important variable and the main purpose of this skill as well as accuracy.


2-Emphasizing the development of the bow before hitting the ball as an important factor in achieving the element of high speed of the ball through the exercises back to the bow in the exercises.


Give appropriate time for the exercises of advancement without approaching to stabilize the nooks of the body joints as much as possible as well as in the arched bow through exercises contribute to it.
