Main Article Content
Abstract
The aim of the research was to prepare speed and coordination exercises to develop some motor abilities and the accuracy of performing the skill of defending the field in volleyball. The researcher adopted the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The research sample included the players of the Hit Sports Club in volleyball for the season (2021/2022), who numbered (12) participants. The researcher used the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data statistically. The researcher concluded that speed and coordination exercises have an effect on developing some motor abilities and the accuracy of performing the skill of defending the field in volleyball. The researcher recommends emphasizing coordination exercises and complex exercises in developing physical, motor and skill abilities. And applying the exercises to different samples.
