Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the inclusion method (containment) in acquiring some floor movement skills for gymnastics. The researcher used the experimental method and the research included the procedures used in using the inclusion method (containment) to teach the skills of forward rolling and human wheel. The researcher presented, analyzed and discussed the results. Through the tables of test results for both the experimental and control research groups and the results of the post-tests, it is clear that the experimental group outperformed the control group. From this, the researcher concluded that the inclusion method (containment) achieved an effective effect in developing the level of performance for the skills of forward rolling and human wheel. The researcher also recommended using the inclusion method for its positive and effective effect in developing the skills of forward rolling and human wheel in gymnastics
