Abstract

The study aimed to prepare an educational curriculum that included the use of educational video to teach the skills of smashing and blocking with volleyball to students. The researchers used the experimental method because it was compatible with the nature of the study. The sample was the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (University of Basra), who numbered (36) students. The researchers used statistical systems to process the data according to the statistical package (SPSS ver. 21). We concluded that there is a positive effect of using educational video within the educational curriculum and recommended the necessity of using educational video in the educational curriculum for volleyball for the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
