Abstract

The study aimed to: identify the effect of the high-repetition method on force endurance, some biochemical variables, and the skill performance of young volleyball players. The research sample was the players of the Qazania Youth Volleyball Club. The researcher used the experimental method, and the research variables, tests, and measurements were identified. The training method was applied, and the researcher concluded: The high repetition method has special training importance in raising the level of strength endurance, some biochemical variables, and the skill performance of young volleyball players.


The researcher recommended: Adopting the high-repetition method in training programs because of its special training importance in raising the level of strength endurance, some biochemical variables, and the skill performance of young volleyball players.
