The researchers used the experimental method and designed a single group to suit the nature of the problem to be solved. The research sample was players with partial tears of the lateral deltoid ligament. The rehabilitation program was applied to a sample of (4 injured) fencing players. The rehabilitation units include physical therapy devices, negative and positive exercises to strengthen the lateral ligaments of the ankle joint. The researchers concluded that there is a positive effect of using the rehabilitation method, and they also recommended adopting the rehabilitation exercises prepared by the researcher in physical therapy centers.
