Abstract

The aim of the research is to: build a measure of the role of the player’s personality and the social factors that prevent the implementation of the regulation of professionalism in women’s football in sports clubs in Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method to suit the nature of the research. The research community consists of administrative bodies in Iraqi sports clubs that meet each governorate according to The letter of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which numbered (264) clubs, and the sample was chosen intentionally and consisted of (528) administrators. The researchers concluded that the lack of suitable places for training and society’s view of women and that they were created to manage family and home affairs only and that the support provided to the clubs and federations that took the initiative to open their activities to women It is still limited. The researchers recommended that women’s sports require many components, starting with the internal desire to practice this game and succeed in it, pointing out that the failure to create the appropriate conditions for women to practice such a game makes it expected that it will not reach the local and Arab levels.
