The effect of anaerobic exercises to develop some physiological abilities and physical fitness for junior basketball players

Abstract

The research aimed to know the effect of anoxic exercise in developing the physiological capabilities and physical fitness of young basketball players, as the experimental method was used to suit it in solving this problem. The research sample was the emerging players at Al-Kafl Sports Club for the 2022-2023 season, and a sample was selected by a simple random method with a number of (16) players. The researcher came up with the most important conclusions that applying anoxic exercises helped develop the physiological capabilities and physical fitness of emerging basketball players.


It recommended: The necessity of regulating training loads according to energy systems, due to their importance in developing the physiological capabilities and physical fitness of emerging basketball players.
