Abstract

The importance of the research comes in raising the physical and skill level of basketball players, through establishing correct scientific foundations when choosing successful and effective training methods and means that make a serious contribution to development. Water to influence the physical aspect in order to reach the goal that the researcher intends to reach in order to contribute to the development of the level of skill performance.


The research objectives were:


1- Recognizing the effect of using water training on some of the physical and skill abilities of young basketball players.


2- Recognizing the results of the differences between the tribal and remote tests of the control and experimental groups in developing some of the physical and skill abilities of young basketball players.


Main conclusions: The use of water training is important in developing the physical requirements, especially speed, strength, and basic skills of young basketball players.


The most important recommendations: Adopting water training because it is important in developing the physical requirements, especially speed, strength and basic skills of young basketball players.
