Abstract

The aim of the study is to: Designing and codifying a performance endurance test for the smashing skill of young volleyball players.  Finding standard degrees and levels of performance tolerance for the smashing skill.  The two researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample included youth volleyball players (Refineries north club, Al-Shorta, Erbil, and Southern gas), and their number reached (42 players).  After that, the results were presented, analyzed, and discussed. The two researchers used appropriate tests to extract the variables for the research, and the results were processed using appropriate statistical methods. The two researchers came out with the following most important conclusions: Finding grades and standard levels for the test that would serve as objective evidence in evaluating the level of the player in relation to the group to which he belongs.  The researchers recommend the need to pay attention to physical and skill tests and measurements because they reflect the level reached by players.
