Abstract

Came the importance of research in the development of educational exercises according to the style of the stations and giving exercises codified practical way to give the thrill and excitement in the educational process is where the performance of the stations in ways aimed to study the performance of Physical Education and in the development and installation of motor skills and the development of physical attributes


The research objectives:


1-identify the impact of educational style exercise stations in education and the development of some special skill and ground strike the front and rear ground tennis physical attributes.


2- to identify the differences between the results before and after the tests and the control and experimental groups in the education and development of some special skill and the front ground strike physical attributes and rear ground tennis


3-recognize the results of the differences between the control and experimental groups in the post tests in the education and development of some special skill and ground strike the front and rear ground tennis physical attributes.


The main conclusions: the performance of the stations in the method of education was instrumental in the physical attributes and special skills in tennis for beginners development.


The researcher recommended: adoption of the proposed method of exercise and performance of the stations in the education and development of physical attributes and skills own ground tennis for beginners
