Lies the importantresearch of ce  to create a comprehensive quality requirements of scout activity in sport and school directorates which helps identify programs according to modern technology , while the sport and school patients are weakened the researchers used the descriptive approach of the survey and sample the research was of 170 of the officials working in the scout people and researchers presented their finding through statistical means the conclusions and their most important is that the program accreditation scale and the creation of comprehensive quality requirements are suitable for measuring the levels of administrative personnel and the middle and southern regions
