EFFECT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE SIDE ON THE STATE OF NON-CLASS ACTIVITIES DUE TO THE MINISTERIAL CLASSIFICATION ACCORDING TO AGE

Abstract

School  and  sport  activities  are  considered  as  important  and  basic  aspects  of  the educational  process  in  most  Arab  and  world  countries. Programmes  of  sport  and  school  activitiesare  divided  into  two  types: first, the programmes  which  organise  the students  at  schools (weekly  tabulated  practical  lessons). The second  are  the programmes  which  organise  them  outside  schools, i.e. what  are  called 'non-class  activities', which  are  already  prepared  by  the Sport  Activity  Directorate  at  the ministry centre  headquarter   and  the directorates  following  it  in  the provinces, to  achieve  other  educational  aims. They  are  viewed  as  having  important  and  necessary  aims, not  less  in  the educational  process than  the importance  and  necessity  of  the other  aims  and  activities  which  are  given  by  the school.

The aim  of  the study  is  to  prepare  a measurement  to  know  the classification  of  sport  teams  for  the age  groups  by  the General  Directorate  of  Sport  Education  and  School  Activities  for  the Activity  of  Football. Also, it  aims  at  knowing  the positive  and  negative  points  in  the classification  of  non-class  activity  due  to  school  stages.

    The researcher  has  used  the descriptive  approach  with  the scanning  style, for  its  convenience  to  the aims  of  the study and  the nature  of  the problem. Here  the search  society  is  composed  of  sport  activity  managers, supervisors, and  football  coaches  working  at  the directorates. Choice  of  the search  society  has  been  done  by  means  of  the deliberate  method, their  number  being  200, with  100%  from  the original  society  in  the middle  and  south  of  Iraq. The search  society  has  been  distributed  on  an administrative  axis  for  measuring  the state  of  the school  sport.     

The study  spheres  are: The human sphere: managers, supervisors, and football  coaches  working  at  the directorates; the temporal sphere: the period  from 1/10/2018  till  10/4/2019; the spatial sphere: Sport  and School  Activity  Directorates  in  the middle  and  south  of  Iraq. 

The two researchers  has  concluded  increase  in  the spirit  of  cooperation  and  hard  and  loyal  work  by  teachers  and  students.

The two researchers  suggest planning  for  the sport  activities, carrying  them  out, assessing  them  and  following  them  according  to  what  is  planned  of  decisions  to  achieve  goals.
