تقييم القيادة الادارية لدى رؤساء الاندية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئات الادارية

الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء مقياس القيادة الادارية للأندية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئات الادارية، اشتمل مجتمع البحث على اعضاء الهيئة الادارية للأندية الرياضية، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية وبلغ عددهم (230) عضواً، وعينة البحث(عينة بناء المقياس) تمثلت بأعضاء الهيئات الادارية للأندية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى،اذ كانوا (162) اداريا، بعد استبعاد عينة الثبات والتجربة الاستطلاعية، بلغت عينة البحث (70%) من المجتمع الكلي للبحث، بلغ المقياس النهائي(39) فقرة،واستنتج الباحثان امتلاك الاندية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى القيادة الادارية.
اوصى الباحثان بأعتماد المقياس المعد في معرفة القيادة الادارية للأندية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى و إجراء دراسة ارتباطية بين درجة عضو الهيئة الادارية في المقياس المعد في هذا البحث وبين ترتيب الاندية الرياضية حسب البطولات التي تشارك بها هذه الاندية.
