Abstract

The boxing game is one of the sporting events which achievement depends on skills and performance on high speed, strength and intensity, and also the physical abilities accounts as have a positive effect on the skill performance and it is important to mention that boxing is on of anaerobic activities that work with the anaerobic energy system (phosphogenic and lactate system). Therefore, boxers, coaches and specialists must take this into account when determining the type of nutritional supplements that boxers are advised to use, which prompted the researchers to search in an attempt to find a solution for boxers abilities, thus, to identify the importance of supplements selection for boxers and how to use with them according to the training curricula used in the future, and the research aims that the effect of using nutritional compounds such as (creatine phosphate and carbohydrates) According to a training approach on some special physical abilities of boxing players for the first experimental group between the pre and posttests, and also the research hypothesis that there are statistically significant differences in the post tests between the two experimental groups. The research subjects divided into two experimental groups. There were (12) male boxers from Sulaymaniyah boxing team after obtaining the statistical results, the effectiveness of the training program with high and low does loading of creatine phosphate and carbohydrates affects on development of some special physical abilities of both two experimental research groups.
