Abstract

The researcher seeks to clarify the importance of circulating the motor program by focusing on exercises above learning because they are very important in providing players with extensive information and experiences. The researcher tried to perform these exercises in different ways and situations in order to provide varied responses and skill proficiency. Of the difficult games and that the nature of this game in terms of speed of performance and diversity of skills, it requires practitioners to enjoy good skill performance to achieve the organization of motor actions and smooth and good performance has been used exercises over learning in conditions similar to the circumstances Or to compete with the toughest ones in order to reduce the lead to technical errors or skills, in order to mainstream the motor program. The researcher used the experimental method with the design of equal groups on a sample of (30) students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, randomly selected from (150) students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Through statistical treatments, the researcher concluded that the exercises used It is very important to learn the skill of the jump of the front hands on the jump platform for students. The researcher recommended the use of exercises above learning to generalize the locomotor program because it has proved effective in the current study in mastering the skill of the front jump on the jump platform for students.
