الملخص

    هدفت الدراسة في التعرف على تحليل السلوك الصحي وعلاقته ببعض الأمراض المزمنة (أمراض القلب وضغط الدم المرتفع، والأمراض المعدة والأمعاء، والأمراض التنفسية المزمنة، والسكري، الام الظهر المزمن، الام الركبة). لعينة البحث (سكان مدينة سوران).


   تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي نظراً لتناسبه مع أهداف البحث. إذ اشتملت عينة البحث على سكان مدينة سوران (ذكور والإناث) البالغ عددهم (188) فرداً بواقع (113) ذكوراً و(75) إناثاً، واعتمد في إجراء الاختبارات على مقياس السلوك الصحي ومعرفة الإصابة بأحد الامراض المزمنة (أمراض القلب وضغط الدم المرتفع، والأمراض المعدة والأمعاء، والأمراض التنفسية المزمنة، والسكري، الام الظهر المزمن).


   استخدم الباحث التحليل الإحصائي للنتائج طريقة الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي وتضمن الإحصاءاختبار معامل الارتباط بيرسون للعلاقة بين السلوك الصحي والأمراض المزمنة فقد تم حسابها بوساطة.


ظهر النتائج وجود مستويات في درجة (السلوك الصحي) بين عينة البحث وعلاقته ببعض الأمراض المزمنة، ظهر وجود مستويات مختلفة في درجة السلوك الصحي بين عينة البحث حسب (نوع الوظيفة أو العمل)، حيث كانت درجات لمقياس السلوك الصحي ضعيفة وأقل من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس لكل من (خريج جامعي، المعلم، مدرس مدارس، المهندس، الكاسب)، وظهر مستويات أعلى من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس لكل من (الطالب جامعي مدرس جامعي، الموظف).  وظهر وجود مستويات منخفضة في درجات السلوك الصحي حسب النوع(الجنس) لعينة البحث. وظهر أيضاً وجود مستويات منخفضة في درجات السلوك الصحي حسب النوع (الفئة العمرية) لعينة البحث. كما ظهر علاقة ولكن ضعيفة بين درجات المقياس السلوك الصحي حسب وتعرض العينة ببعض أمراض المزمنة لعينة البحث. كما أوصى الباحث ضرورة إجراء البحوث المشابهه على المجتمع في مختلف طبقات الإجتماعية. وضرورة النشر معلومات الثقافية والصحية وخاصة معلومات الغذائية والتغذية، من خلال جميع مجالات الإعلامية، لإزدياد معرفة الفرد بنوعية التغذية الصحية. العمل على توعية المجتمع من تعرض لأمراض خطيرة والمزمنة مصدرها التغذية غير سليمة. وفتح دورات لنشر معلومات حول كيفية التعامل مع الأمراض المزمنة للفرد والعائلة، حتى يتمتع الفرد بحياة شبه مستقرة والعيش مع المرض خلال السنين.
