Abstract

       The importance of research is evident in raising the level of wrestling players for the better by using the appropriate educational method that motivates the learner by using the successful educational method to teach wrestling handles in specialized schools and sports clubs, and thus we have contributed to reducing the effort and shortening the time in correct education.


The research objectives were:


1-Identify the effect of the collective method in learning some muskets in freestyle wrestling for beginners.


The most important conclusions were:


1-The collective method of learning some grips in free wrestling is one of the successful methods in raising the level of wrestlers for beginners with the technical performance of the grips.


2-Diversity in the use of the methods included in the collective method (learning circles - learning, integrative cooperation - the competitive method - the pairing method) gives greater motivation to learning and thus has a positive effect on learning the technical performance of grasping in free wrestling.


It was recommended:


1- Adopting the collective method in learning some grips in free wrestling as it is one of the successful methods in raising the level of wrestlers for beginners with the technical performance of the grips


2-Emphasis in education on the diversity in the use of methods that are included in the collective method (learning circles - learning, integrative cooperation - the competitive method - pairing method) because it gives greater motivation to learn and thus has a positive effect on learning the artistic performance of holding hands with free wrestling.
