The Effect of Resistance Training By Style Stations Method In Some Biochemical Variables, And 100m Sprint AchievementFor Students

Main Article Content

Abstract

The research dealt with the importance of the effect of resistance training by style, stations in some biochemical variables, and the achievement of 100 msprints (students) through the identification of functional responses to body systems. The research aims to: Exposing the effect of using resistance training in the station method on some biochemical variables and achievement among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and , Detection of the differences between the two dimensional tests of the two experimental groups in the variables under study. As for the research community and its sample, the research community consists of the second stage students at the University of Sulaymaniyah for the academic year (2019-2020) and the number (88) is a student distributed among three Classes. As for the research sample, it included (14) students from (the distinguished) in an (100) sprint they were deliberately chosen from the research community, as the proposed program was applied to the sample members, and the research sample represents a percentage (14.7) of the research community. After processing and discussing the data, the researcher reached the following conclusions and recommendations: The training program helped to develop the biochemical variables represented by (CPK-LDH-LC-Ca) of the experimental group. The achievement level for (100m) sprint improved for the two experimental groups. No differences appeared in the level of LDH-Ca-Lc in the control group.
